Hevasure makes the H&V News shortlist
We have been shortlisted alongside our certified partner, Guardian Water Treatment, for 2019’s H&V News Award. Namechecked in the Collaborative Working Partnership category, this marks a great start to the year and yet another award recognition for our work with Guardian – last year we won an HVR Award!
Hevasure’s innovative 24/7 monitoring technology is used by Guardian to provide a clear picture of the condition of the water systems it manages, at all stages of their life – from pre-commissioning cleaning through to on-going maintenance and crucially, when any repairs or changes take place. Together with Guardian, we are on a mission to challenge the outmoded processes dominating water system management, including sampling, corrosion coupons and the overuse of flushing and chemical dosing.
By using our monitoring technology, corrosion can be successfully kept at bay in closed circuit systems, through the identification of changes in condition before corrosion takes hold. Measurements are taken every 15 minutes and include dissolved oxygen, pressure, conductivity, corrosion rates, inhibitor levels and pH.
This approach not only keeps water systems corrosion free, but proves to Guardian’s customers that the works it has carried out have been effective.
Whether we win or not, being shortlisted for this award is recognition of a how Hevasure and Guardian’s partnership is delivering real and tangible benefits for our clients. The award ceremony takes place on 25th April 2019 at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
